Nature never fails to astonish us. It always holds a surprise for us. It reminds us that something is always beyond our imagination. This poem of mine "Nature's Nature" talks about the essence of nature.
Read my poem below and have a great time!
Ashy clouds cover the sky completely,
Hiding the sun under their shield,
Letting it to take rest for sometime in its unusual time.
For lengthy hours
The sky is in Hamlet's mode
"To be or not to be".
It's waiting for a moment to pour out
To touch the world to cool down
To touch the aching soul to soothe.
'Then why this delay from the early hours?' I ask.
The sky replies in a silence tone,
' For the kid in school who prays to play in the ground in the PT hour;
For the person who is concious about reaching home witthout drenching;
For the mother who hopefully hangs out the clothes to dry;
But I can't grant everyone's wishes.
So I will pour out in my time.
Till that enjoy the cold breeze, my friend.'
I think about the nature of the nature
Which we can't control;
Then I laugh at our thought that we are the master of everything,
Though we can't even control our own breath.
